  4. hi, what speed do you use and how long to beat the egg & sugar? i have a thermomix and used speed 4 with butterfly but the cake fail to rise when steamed. Pls help. TQ.....

  6. I normally use speed 4, it really depends. Try not to beat too long.. :)

  7. I don't keep a copy of my recipe. I just do as and when I like, and I don't follow exactly.

    As for water dripping? I don't have that problem. just make sure when you remove the lid, remove it horizontally. And don't steam tooooo long. I did read a recipe that the cover a sheet of clear film to prevent water dripping. I think is really not necessary.
