CORIANDER PAN MEE/ NOODLES

  • Chop the coriander
  • Add in the flour and eggs to mix the dough
  • Knead the dough
  • Once the dough is ready, use the noodle machine to get the noodles ready.

    Hi Thermomixer,

    Thanks for the compliments. I am so sorry, I do not have the exact amount of the ingredients. This is actually done by my mum and she NEVER follow recipes. hahahha

    This is roughly what she use:

    a bunch of coriander
    1 egg
    250 flour
    20g oil
    pinch of salt

    Oh.... some of the recipe in this blog is just part of our experiment. So do forgive us if the recipe is not right. I try my best!
