ZUCHINNI (JAPANESE CUCUMBER) CAKE

Bake this for my dad's birthday.  First time baking, and I did fairly well.  Haven't heard of Zuchinni Cake? Hahahhahaa  but it's true !  and it taste good!

I did everything using Thermomix!  Even did the cream cheese using Thermomix.  Within 2 minutes, my cream cheese is ready.

After doing the cake mixture and the cream cheese, I use the pre-wash function to clean the pot.  It was fantastic!!

SOFT EGG

The egg white is firm, but the egg yolk is soft! 

HOT CROSSED BUN

We've made this sometime ago....  turns out better than the bakery's hot-crossed buns.
